Payment Methods

In our online shop, you generally have the option to complete your order using one of the following payment methods.

Prepayment
When selecting the prepayment method, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email, and the goods will be delivered after we receive your payment.

PayPal Express
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered or first register, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we will instruct PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.

PayPal Plus
As part of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal services. You will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There, you can enter your payment details, confirm PayPal's use of your data, and authorize the payment instruction to PayPal.
If you have chosen the payment method PayPal, you must be registered or first register with PayPal, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirming the payment instruction. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.
If you have chosen the payment method Credit Card, you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be processed immediately after confirming the payment instruction and upon your authorization as the legitimate cardholder by your credit card company at PayPal's request, and your card will be charged. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.
If you have chosen the payment method Direct Debit, you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. By confirming the payment instruction, you authorize PayPal to issue a direct debit mandate. You will be informed by PayPal about the date of the debit (so-called prenotification). After submitting the direct debit mandate immediately after confirming the payment instruction, PayPal will instruct its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out, and your account will be debited. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.
